DIY Christmas Candles: Advent 13 days Until Christmas!

On Monday Night Josh and I had the joy of spending a night together.  We were glad to just be alone together after so many nights of great times with friends and family!

We were even more excited to open up our advent for the evening and see that we got make Christmas candles together and read out of John.

Josh at first was uncertain as to what it meant to make Christmas candles, but fortunately I had a plan all along and I even purchased the supplies a week before so they would be ready.

I had seen this idea on pinterest awhile ago and thought it would be an easy, fun way to transform some plain candles.  This easy and quick project took us no time at all.  Here's what we did: first lay out double sided tape on your candle in your desired design.  Then pour glitter over tape.  Once an ample amount of glitter has been applied wipe off the excess.
Warning: you may be glittery for days after!

Last of all, light and enjoy the candle's light!
